What’s wrong with the bias hole of the target hole machine on the circuit board?

The following is the reason for the bias hole of the target hole machine of the circuit board:

The printed board should meet the size requirements specified in the design drawings, such as the perimeter of the board, thickness, notch, hole, slot, etc. The wire width error is within ±5%. Bonding IC is acceptable within ±0.01mm; it is acceptable for gaps not exceeding 1/5 of the line width; the line gap error is acceptable within ±5%.
The hole diameter deviation is as follows:
When the aperture is less than or equal to 0.8mm, the error between the aperture of the part and the design aperture is between ±0.05mm.
When the aperture is greater than 0.8mm, the error between the aperture of the part and the design aperture is between ±0.1mm.
The processing size (no more than ±1.5mm) and shape meet the requirements of the design drawings. The minimum distance between the hole and the edge of the board: 1.0mm; the dimensional tolerance between the hole and the edge is ±0.1mm; the hole position tolerance is ±0.10mm; the deviation standard for part of the design aperture of 0.05mm is ±0.05mm; drilling PCB The tolerance standard of the board offset hole is less than or equal to 0.076mm; the exposed copper foil line or the pad is more than 1.0mm away from the edge of the board; the copper foil line is more than 1.0mm away from the V groove or the stamp connection hole of the tear plate.
