Etching machine

Etching machines can be divided into chemical etching machines and electrolytic etching machines. In chemical etching, a chemical solution is used to achieve the purpose of etching through a chemical reaction. A chemical etching machine is a technology that removes materials by chemical reaction or physical impact.

Automatic etching machine:

  1. The automatic chemical etching machine seen on the market now uses high-pressure spray and linear motion of the etched plate to form a continuous and uninterrupted feeding state to corrode the workpiece to improve production efficiency;
  2. Increased the effective area and uniformity of the spray and the etched metal plate, regardless of the etching effect, speed, and improvement of the operator’s environment and convenience, it is better than splash etching;
  3. After repeated experiments, the remaining etching stains on the etched workpiece can be effectively removed when the spray pressure is 1-2 Kg/cm2, so that the etching speed is greatly improved in the traditional etching method, because the etching machine liquid It can be recycled and reused. This item can greatly reduce the etching cost and meet the requirements of environmental protection processing.

Electrolytic etching machine:

Electro-etching uses the principle of anodic dissolution of metal in a liquid with tap water or salt water as the main body of the etching, (under the action of electrolysis), the metal is etched, and the etching power is turned on to achieve the purpose of etching. Commercially available electrolytic etching machines are manual spray type, and they all use salt water as the etching solution, and there are two types of power.
Advantages: no pollution, but only one etching step is not pollution-free, and other processes must also be pollution-free, suitable for experimental production and small-area etching of concave characters. It is mainly used as a research experiment machine, or simply to etch marks on metal, also known as electrical marking.
Disadvantages: the etching surface is uneven, the corrosion rate of large area is slow, it can not be used for mass production, and it can not be used for large-area etching of embossing, and it cannot be used for mass production and processing of signs. Since electrolytic etching is etched when the metal is conductive, the side of our products will be etched when there is any depth, so that many fine patterns and fine text will be etched “rotten”.
